You will get two pieces of Michelin star restaurant quality salmon fillets totaling 12 oz. The salmon comes already prepped with 3 grams of fresh black truffles sliced into the fillets, packed in a sous-vide pouch soaked in decadent duck fat. This way the fresh and very potent truffles will have had plenty of time to infuse their irresistible aroma and flavor into the salmon and the duck fat. All you need to do to cook the salmon is place the pouch in a sous-vide bath.
