Covid Policy

We are taking a conservative approach to ensure the health and safety of all our guests, speakers and staff. We require that all guests provide either (1) proof of full vaccination and booster or (2) proof of a negative PCR Covid test taken within 2 days of the event you’re participating in, except Mushroom Foray and Marketplace. Antigen test results will not be accepted. Proof of full vaccination and booster must show that you have completed your primary vaccine, whether that’s one dose or two, followed by at least one booster. The booster must be completed at least 14 days before the event you’re participating in. If you test positive prior to the festival and cannot attend , see refund policy below.

Refund Policy

We are sure that you’ll never want to miss any part of the festival, but on the off chance that you must, you’ll get a full refund of tickets for any event that has a wait list, up until 72 hours before the beginning of the event. Within 72 hours of the event, you will receive a 70% credit applied towards the 2024 Festival but no cash refunds. For events with no wait list, you will get full credit that may be applied towards next year’s festival, or a 50% cash refund, if the refund request is made on or before December 13, 2022. After December 13, 2022, for events without a wait list, we offer a 70% credit applied toward the 2024 Festival but no cash refunds. If you or anyone in your ticket purchase transaction group test positive for Covid and cannot attend the festival, with proof of Covid infection from a doctor, you will get full credit that may be applied towards next year’s festival.
