Want to learn the essentials of cooking with the mysterious black winter Périgord truffle? In this intimate workshop, you will have an opportunity to work side-by-side with master chef Julie Logue Riordan as she shares techniques for selecting, storing, preparing and enjoying the ‘black diamonds’ of the kitchen.
So tie on your apron, roll up your sleeves and join in the fun as you prepare a delicious three-course truffle lunch featuring seasonally based dishes designed around the star ingredient: truffles! When the cooking’s done, sit down among new friends and enjoy your meal paired with fine wine.
Menu includes amuse bouche, appetizer, entree with sides and dessert plus wine pairing. Price includes class, lunch paired with wines, plus a Cooking with Julie apron and the recipes prepared that day.
