Exceptionally exciting, earthy and delicious, the freshest and most flavorful black truffles take center stage in each exquisite course, expertly prepared by one of our superstar chefs. Wines! Not just any wines are selected for this inimitable dining experience. Meticulously selected by Chef Ken and his sommelier, the evening begins with a reception featuring Roederer Estate’s superb sparkling wine, followed by a dinner menu impeccably paired with some of the world’s most refined ‘library’ and ‘reserve’ wines to complement the unique and complex flavors of the black truffle dishes.
