This wine is highly aromatic, full bodied and rich with complexity. It has a dark fruit structure with low acidity and tannin levels. It bears all the hallmarks of an excellent red wine that pairs well with truffles. The low acidity and tannin allow the truffle flavor to shine through, and the complex, full bodied nature is perfect for hearty truffle dishes. This unique and limited edition wine is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Malbec, with only 12 barrels produced.
