Immediately after the cooking demonstration, you’ll be treated to a dazzling multi-course truffle lunch, prepared by the Michelin starred duo team of Chef Roland Passot and Festival Host Chef Ken Frank of La Toque. Each course will be perfectly paired with Artesa’s superb signature wines. Weather permitting, you’ll enjoy this decadent lunch alfresco under the warm Napa sun, in the open-air courtyard featuring the Harvest Madonna in the courtyard’s reflective pool.
No truffle experience would be complete without truffle dogs! After lunch, join us on the grounds of Artesa for a rousing truffle dog demo (petting encouraged!). Find out how truffle dogs are trained to find only mature truffles. See the highly trained truffle dogs in action as they sniff out and pinpoint truffles that are underground, normally undetectable by humans. Brush up on your Italian, as some of our truffle dogs were born and bred in Italy and only understand Italian!
