At the intersection of fine wine, sustainable farming and world-class art, the Donum Estate provides a captivating backdrop for this year’s Napa Truffle Festival. Embark on an immersive food and wine experience complete with a truffle dog demonstration in the Estate’s certified organic olive orchard followed by an exquisite truffle lunch, prepared by Michelin star chef Kelly McCown and host chef Ken Frank. The lunch, set in the Estate’s state-of-the-art winemaking facility, will feature fresh black truffles in every course, paired with Donum’s award-winning wines. During the event, you are invited to explore the Estate’s stunning grounds and artworks included within The Donum Collection on a self-paced walking tour.

No truffle experience would be complete without truffle dogs! Join us on the grounds of Donum for a rousing truffle dog demo (petting encouraged!). Find out how truffle dogs are trained to find only mature truffles. See the highly trained truffle dogs in action as they sniff out and pinpoint truffles that are underground, normally undetectable by humans. Brush up on your Italian, as some of our truffle dogs were born and bred in Italy and only understand Italian!
