Leave behind your cares and summon your appetite for truffles and wine, along with your curiosity for all things truffle as our renowned chefs and experts lead you into the seductive and mysterious world of one of the most elusive, exquisite and delicious foods on earth.
You'll start your day in high Napa style with a glass of sparkling wine from Peju Province Winery. CBS Foodie Chap Liam Mayclem will then guide you through an interactive experience where you will see, smell and touch a variety of truffles, followed by Michelin starred Chef Ken Frank of La Toque who will show you how to select, store and prepare them. You'll interact with international master chefs and sample delectable truffle bites that they've prepared just for you. You'll also discover surprising and fun facts with acclaimed truffle scientist Dr. Paul Thomas and CPDT-KA certified dog trainer Alana McGee. Then you'll be whisked away on Beau Wine Tours’ luxurious limo buses to St. Supéry Estate Vineyards & Winery for an exclusive Winery Truffle Lunch prepared by Chef Molly Nickerson of Michelin starred Marea, New York City, along with the winery's own Chef Tod Kawachi. Together, they will conjure a menu featuring fresh truffles in every course paired with St. Supéry’s finest wines.
The day culminates at Robert Sinskey Vineyards Truffle Orchard with a tasting of Sinskey’s prized wines, followed by a rousing orchard tour and dog training demo (petting allowed).
