Ask your most burning questions about truffles. Hear the chefs share their passion and secrets for cooking with them. Learn how to select, store and prepare truffles with Michelin starred Chef Ken Frank of La Toque as your guide.

What’s the difference between black and white truffles? And between European and native North American truffle species? See, smell and touch a variety of truffles with CBS Foodie Chap Liam Mayclem, and experience for yourself why some people love the Italian white truffle, while others prefer the Périgord black. After the morning program, you’re just getting started! Next for this exceptional truffle day adventure, you’ll be whisked away on Beau Wine Tours’ luxurious limo buses to St. Supéry Estate Vineyards & Winery for an exclusive Winery Truffle Lunch prepared by Chef Molly Nickerson of Michelin starred Marea, New York City, together with the winery’s own Chef Tod Kawachi. Every course features fresh truffles paired with St. Supéry’s finest wines. Succumb to the full pleasure of enjoying all the truffles and wine to the fullest – we’ve got you covered with hosts and transportation for the entire day!

Cute Truffle Dogs!

No truffle immersion experience is complete without truffle dogs. The day culminates at Robert Sinskey Vineyards Truffle Orchard with a tasting of Sinskey’s prized wines, followed by a rousing orchard tour and dog training demo (petting allowed). See the trained truffle dogs in action as they sniff out truffles at Napa Valley’s first scientifically-managed truffle orchard.
